01 — The Three Doors

How This Works

I'm a travel advisor who spends most of the year at festivals. Some people just need a hotel booked. Some are going alone and want a crew. Some already have twelve friends and no idea how to move them around a city. All three are things I do.

Door One

I Book Your Trip

Free to you.

Hotels, flights, cars, rentals. You tell me the festival and the vibe, I handle the booking.

Here's the part people don't believe: you don't pay me for this. The hotel does. You get the same rate you'd get booking direct — often better, plus perks like upgrades, breakfast, or early check-in that you can't get on your own. My commission comes out of the property's pocket, not yours.

If you're going to book a room anyway, book it through me. Worst case you get the same price with someone in your corner when the front desk says they lost your reservation.

Join a Festival Group

À la carte. Pick what you want.

For people going solo, or as a couple, or with one friend.

Going to a festival alone is the best decision most people never make. You see exactly what you want, on your schedule, with nobody to negotiate with. The only hard part is the first hour.

So for the festivals I'm working, I put a group together — mostly people arriving on their own — and you buy into whatever pieces you actually need.

On the menu
  • A spot in the room blocklocked rate at a hotel I've already vetted for the walk, the noise, and the late-night situation
  • A roommate matchsolo travelers eat the full room rate. Split it with someone else in the group and it's half.
  • Party bus and ridesto the gates and back, every day. No surge pricing, no two-mile walk at 1am.
  • Afterparty accessthe late shows and unofficial parties worth going to, and how to get in
  • The full rideitinerary, transport, group, and me on the ground the whole weekend

Take one thing or all of it. Already have your hotel? Grab a bus seat and nothing else. That works.

This is a group of adults who like live music, not a tour bus with a flag. Disappear for six hours and go see whoever you want — we'll be at the meeting spot when you're done.

Bring Your Own Group

One quote, everything included.

For people who already have the people. Bachelor and bachelorette parties, work trips, a milestone birthday, ten friends who can't agree on anything.

You've got the group. I've got the ground. Rooms, rides, itinerary, afterparties, and me there running it so nobody in your crew has to be the one holding the spreadsheet.

You get one number covering all of it. No expense reports, no splitting up who owes what for the van.

Every group wants something different — a corporate offsite in New Orleans and eight guys at Movement are not the same job — so I don't publish a rate. Tell me who's coming and what you're after, and I'll put a real number together.

02 — Transparency

Straight About the Money

I'll always tell you how I'm getting paid on something. Here's the whole picture:

Hotels and travel pay me a commission. That's how the free booking works. It costs you nothing and it's the industry standard — every travel advisor works this way.

Group experiences are priced per piece. Published on the festival page before you opt in. You pay for what you pick and nothing else.

Private groups get a flat quote. Agreed before anything's booked. No surprises, no invoices at the end for things you didn't know about.

Nobody pays me to recommend them. No sponsorships, no kickbacks for pointing you at a bar or a stage or an upgrade. If a hotel I earn nothing on is the right call for you, that's the one I'll tell you to book — and I'll tell you that's what I'm doing.

The whole business runs on you trusting what I say. I'm not trading that for a commission.

What People Actually Ask For

🏠

Group Accommodations

Room blocks, houses, campsites. Hotels near the gate versus hotels near the nightlife — they're different trips and most people pick wrong. This is where I save people the most money.

🚐

Ground Transportation

Shuttles, buses, when the rideshare surge hits and how to not pay it. Getting eight people to the same place at the same time without three group texts and a fight.

🎟️

Festival Navigation

Where to be, when to arrive, what to skip, what you absolutely cannot miss. Which gate is moving. Which stage sounds bad from the back.

🌙

After-Show Access

The best nights happen after the main event. I know where to go and how to get in.

🗺️

Itinerary Planning

Day-by-day plans built around your group, your taste, and what's actually happening on the ground.

VIP & Premium Access

I know what's worth upgrading and what isn't. And I know how to make it happen.

04 — The Numbers

What It Costs

Booking: nothing. Hotels, flights, cars. The property pays my commission. You pay what you'd pay anyway.

Festival group: à la carte. Every piece priced separately on the festival page. Your room and your festival ticket are on you — though I'll book the room at the block rate, and that part's free.

Private group: quoted. Depends entirely on the size of the group, how many days, and how much you want handled. Tell me the shape of it and I'll come back with a number.
